Create a GPU Container Job (web interface)
Create a GPU Container Job in the CosmicAC web interface.
Create a GPU Container Job in the CosmicAC web interface. You set the basics, choose the base image, disk, and hardware, then launch the job. For a description of every field, see the Job configuration reference.
Prerequisites
You need the following before you start:
- A running CosmicAC deployment. See Installation.
- Access to the CosmicAC web interface.
Steps
Open the Jobs page
In the left navigation, click Jobs to open the Jobs page.
Open the new job form
On the Jobs page, click New Job.
Enter the basics
In the Basics section, enter a Job name as a lowercase name with hyphens, choose a Location, and add Tags. To add a tag, type it and press Enter or comma.
Select the job type
In the What kind of job? section, select GPU Container.
Choose the base image and disk
In the Image & access section, select a Base OS image and set the Disk (GB). You can pick a 250, 500, or 1000 GB preset or type a value.
Choose the hardware
In the Hardware section, select a GPU and the GPU count, then set the CUDA / driver. GPU availability loads from the selected location's inventory, so choose a Location in Basics first.
Review and create the job
In the Review & launch section, check the status. If it reports issues, resolve them in the sections above. When the spec is valid, click Create job.
